TRINITY RFC APPOINTS KHRYS SPEED AS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH
Trinity RFC is delighted to announce the appointment of Khrys Speed as the club’s new Strength & Conditioning Coach, bringing an exceptional wealth of playing experience and elite coaching credentials to the role.
Khrys arrives at Trinity with a playing career that spans the full breadth of the game. At club level, he competed in the Championship and National Leagues 2 and 3 with Bedford, Hertford, Barking, and Ampthill, while also representing Coventry Bears in rugby league. His Rugby 7s pedigree is equally impressive, having featured at invitational level for both Ronin Rugby Sevens and Samurai — now Shogun Rugby Football Club — and he represented the USA at Under-20 international level, demonstrating the quality and commitment that has defined his sporting career. Away from the rugby field, Khrys has established himself as one of the most respected figures in British weightlifting. A four-time national medalist, he has channeled that competitive excellence into coaching, guiding more than 30 athletes to national and international competition. He currently leads Ronin Strength, one of the largest weightlifting clubs in the United Kingdom, a testament to the community he has built and the reputation he has earned within the sport.
Trinity RFC look forward to welcoming Khrys into the club and are excited by what his expertise and energy will bring to our players’ development both on and off the pitch
