The Clubhouse and Bar at Lime Meadow Avenue will reopen on Wednesday 14 April 2021 as part of the path out of lockdown and the easing of restrictions in England.
The TMWA/TSSSC have published a number of guidelines to which members and guests should strictly adhere to maintain a safe environment for all,
These include:
THE CLUB
Your presence at the Club must be recorded for contact tracing purposes.
Every adult entering the Clubhouse or sitting at outside tables must provide CONTACT DETAILS for TRACK and TRACE records.
SOCIAL DISTANCING should continue to be observed at all times – indoors and outdoors.
These details can be provided by SCANNING the NHS QR CODE poster with the NHS COVID-19 APP on your smart phone or by SIGNING the REGISTER provided.
HAND SANITISERS are provided at the entrance to and exit from the Clubhouse.
Face coverings / masks must be worn (covering both nose and mouth) when entering the Clubhouse.
There is a STRICT ONE-WAY SYSTEM for access and exit to and from the Clubhouse and toilets – please follow the appropriate signs.
THE BAR
The Bar will reopen from Wednesday 14 April for OUTSIDE TABLE SERVICE only until Step 3 (no earlier than 17 May 2021) conditions have been met.
All outside tables are limited to GROUPS OF 6 PEOPLE or TWO HOUSEHOLDS* up to a maximum of 8 people.
Staff and Officers of the Club will ask you to comply with these rules if they are not followed.
All personal belongings – coats, small bags etc – must be kept with you and not placed on empty chairs or tables. KIT BAGS are not allowed in the Clubhouse.
NO CASH payments will be accepted for drinks and snacks purchased from the Bar. Payment for purchases can only be made using a Membership Card or contactless credit / debit card.
Cards should be provided when you order and will be returned with your drinks / snacks and a receipt.
Membership cards are available to members via www.tsssc.co.uk – where you can also join the Club.
Under no circumstances is anyone other than Duty Bar Staff or the Manager allowed behind the bar.
Drinks will continue to be served in PLASTIC GLASSES whilst service is limited to outside only. You may bring your own glass from home, but no glass washing facilities are available.
