Simply download the form via this link, complete and send to Graham Crouch at gcrouch49@gmail.com. Once you have paid your stake money to the club account [Trinity RFC /Sort Code: 20 24 64 / Account Number: 43106195] tickets will be emailed to you.

Competition Structure
In pools teams are, somewhat controversially, ranked by past playing strength.

Sweepstake
- 600 unique tickets.
- Each ticket has one team from each ranking level and each ticket will have a chance of winning.
- Therefore, no ticket has more than 2 teams from any pool – only two can qualify for the later rounds.
- Most tickets will still be ‘live’ till the later stages.
- Teams will earn points on the basis of their success in the competition.
- The ticket with the teams that score the most points will win the sweepstake.
- 1st place will win 30% of the stake money. 2nd place will win 20% of the stake money. 3rd place will win 10% of the stake money. 40% of the stake money will go to club funds
Scoring
8 teams go through to the quarter finals: 12 go home. Each side knocked out in the pool stages will be ranked in order of their pool points. Any ties for a place will be decided on a) bonus points scored; b) then points scored; and then c) points difference.
12 sweepstake points will go to the top team in the list down to 1 point for the bottom team in the list.
All sides qualifying for the Quarter final will each score 15 sweepstake points.
4th place will score 18 points.
3rd place will score 21 points.
2nd place will score 25 points.
The world champions will score 30 points.

Please state as reference the word Sweep followed by your initial and surname. I will then send out your tickets by email.
