The first annual Andy Hillburn Tropy T20 match between the cricket club and the rugby club takes place this Friday 25 August in memory of our dear friend Andy Hillburn who passed away over the Christmas period.

Many will know that Andy served an unprecedented combined total of 70 years as Fixture Secretary for both clubs. And it was felt there was no better way to celebrate his work for the club than with a cricket bash along with copious amounts of ale.

We’re expecting a bit of a crowd and fine weather – so please try to make it along to celebrate the start of the Bank Holiday weekend and to raise a glass to Andy. Cheers!
